James, I dont remember that tripwire incident but I do remember Waycott, he was awarded the shooting cup ahead of me in very controversial circumstances...still havent forgiven him or Bovver Norman !! Also saw your note that you remember my knife, good memory I'm impressed ! Steve

My name is James and I am a sinner. I nearly broke "bugsy" Waycott's legs and Steve Northwood's (I think it was you, Steven, but can't be sure) with a (too effective) tripwire in the senior woods. Can't remember why I did it now. Probably some stupid impulse.

Hello everyone,

This is my first real contact with people from the best school in the world. But i think that it is only proper that I clear my guilt that has been over shadowing me for the last 14 years. I have to confess that i lied to matron Mrs White....looking back on it now i feel so bad as she was really great to all of us. I told her that i was not allowed to drink milk, that we had everyday, and so i got a glass of orange squash, this at the time made me feel varstly superior to others who had to drink that cream laidened milk, which i hated, very sorry Mrs White. Oh and also when i asked Mrs Clifford-Jones to dry my bean-bags for the school open day, as i had brought a game along where one would throw a bean-bag at a target to get points. The problem was that my bean-bags has sand in them, not beans and i ruined the headmasters and his lovely wife's new tumble-dryer. I am really sorry about that. Oh and also for attempting to cheat in Latin, which i found really difficult by the way, i tried to smuggle in a piece of paper with some verbs on it and Mr Cunningham caught me red handed. Not the best moments in my life i know. So if anyone has read this i am sorry and would now like to become a true cleansed member of the Ravenswood club.

Many thanks

James Paul (83-8

P.S. Would be great to hear of any other confessions.
